Our Story

In the midst of the challenging COVID-19 pandemic, our CEO embarked on a remarkable journey to establish the "360 Apparel Brand USA," a dream that involved producing apparel in Bangladesh and introducing it to the American market. The primary goal was to support the Ready-Made Garment (RMG) industry by leveraging cutting-edge communication technologies to directly connect consumers with products made in Bangladesh. This endeavor was not without its hurdles, including creating a sustainable supply chain compliant with USA federal regulations, securing legal approvals in both the USA and Bangladesh, and registering companies in both countries.

One significant step was partnering with the global company QIMA, headquartered in Hong Kong, to ensure quality compliance and sustainability across all supply chains and the brand itself. This involved setting up an online platform and mobile apps to manage business operations on the go. Establishing a design team and technical experts, crafting a Code of Conduct, and navigating partnerships with retail giants like Walmart were crucial milestones. Collaborating with Walmart was particularly impactful, with efforts ranging from product collections to establishing partnerships with Walmart Marketplace and Walmart Retail Link.

The brand also invested in premium access to ECRM RANGEME, strengthening its presence on retailer platforms. Building brand awareness through insights and tools was a vital part of the journey. Additionally, the brand undertook tasks such as obtaining a USA tax ID, opening a bank account, and registering with DUNS for credit clearance. Clearing customs with the USA Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and partnering with USA customs freight for cross-border solutions were essential components of the operation.

To manage shipping and customs solutions in Bangladesh, the brand partnered with a logistics company. On the American side, they collaborated with a large transport and warehousing company, as well as a distributor in Florida to reach independent retailers. Furthermore, efforts were made to join an independent retailers association in the USA, aiming to establish a strong foothold for Bangladeshi retail in the American market.

The brand successfully produced its first collection of jeans, shipped products to New Jersey, and engaged a warehouse and fulfillment company in Hamilton Township. An office and showroom were established in Edison, New Jersey, alongside a customer service account manager. Expanding the brand's online presence, partnerships with platforms like Shopify and plans to work with Wix and Walmart Marketplace were put into motion.

The brand explored new partnerships for digital marketing and 3D printing while establishing affiliations with legal services companies and on-demand printing facilities. Additionally, an in-person representative from Bangladesh was appointed in the USA to connect with the Bangladeshi community businesses in the USA.

A significant milestone was partnering with a US entity that not only became a partner but also designated the brand as its business representative for Bangladesh, aiming to introduce 3PL logistics services in Bangladesh. This partnership was solidified with a visit to Bangladesh by the US partners, resulting in the signing of various agreements.

Despite facing skepticism and challenges, including personal health issues, the brand persevered and has evolved into a comprehensive brand and supply chain operation. It has created opportunities for supply chain or bangladesh exporters to establish relationships with major retailers like Walmart, Macy's, Target, DG, HBC, and many others. With a strong network LinkedIn of our CEO's over 500 corporate leaders in the USA, specializing in retail, buying, logistics, and consulting, the brand is well-positioned for success.
