Sample Production

- Move into sample production, working closely with factories in Bangladesh. Pay attention to fit, stitching, and overall quality.
- Evaluate samples thoroughly and make any necessary improvements.

Before starting sample process, it is essential to check and finalize the Technical File which short from name is TF. All samples of products, and accessories, stiching details, label & packaging must be follow the Technical file instructions. So, its very important to make sure that the Technical files has been updated with all details deisgn, matarials details, measurement for each sizes, label packaging information is updated.


Here is Sample production Joblist :

1- Paper pattern :Making Paper pattern or soft copy of all sizes and send to QA team for checking and comments to make the 1st fit sample.

2- Fit & Styling sample :Supplier need to make 3 pcs 1st sample as proto, to check the styling and fitting. 1 pc need to send to BD QA office and 2 Pcs need to send to USA office

3- Color dips : Color shade / Lad dips / print strike off need to make and send to USA office in one package mentioning the style and ref numbers.

5- Composition and component Test sample : send one set sample for Composition andd component test as per PO sheet. follow the testing requiremtns as per Manual.

6- Label & Tags : For labelling and tags, supplier need to send layouts in soft copy first. then, upon comment from design team, supplier need to send the samples for approval before production

6-Sewing Thread : For sewing thread, its factory responsibity to match the colors with the garments following the requirents of TF.

7- Photo Shoot Sample : this is essential to make the Photo shoot samples ontime and with the actual look. these samples are for making the advertising catalogs and all photoshoot are preplanned and preorganised for each collections. please check with the photoshoot or design team to know the photoshoot dates. each samples must reach to campaing at least 3 days before the date.

8- Size Set : Before starting production, 2 set size set sample need to make (2 pcs each size) for checking all sizes measurements and fitting, tags placements, and other detailing as per TF.

10- Barcode & Tag : For SKU, BARCODES and GS1 security tags, please follow the instructions of warehouse manager.

11- Poly bags and Carton : Follow the Manual to make the poly bags and carton. in some occasion, the carton sizes may need to change as per the shipping career or palleting size requirements. therfore, it is important to check with the logistic department for the carton sizes each case.

12- Pre Production Samples : 3 pcs of Pre production sample needs to send for approval with tags before starting production

13- Garments Test sample : 2 pcs garment test sample should be made for color fastness and other requirements as per testing requirements mentioned in Manual

13- SMS : one carton each size SMS samples need to send by air to waehouse for Ecommerce store, at least 25 days before the shipment date of each consignment

15-BPS : Buls production samples, 2 pcs each style, these samples will be picked from the bulk inspection lots, after final inspections each consignment.


Note that , all samples process must have to be completed and approved before shipment of any consignment. it is mendatory that all poduction will have PP meeting report -DUPRO (During production check) and PSI (Pre shipment inspection) before shipment.

The sample production requirents may change subject to the requirements by designer, or merchandiser, or QA team.
