Creating a SUSTAINABLE GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN INNOVATIONS !

I worked in Bangladesh apparel and textiles industry about 15 years , With a seasoned career spanning 15 years in the apparel and textiles industry, My journey commenced in the realm of supply chain management, where the art of orchestrating product development, managing manufacturing costs, overseeing exports, and navigating logistics was his daily symphony. Throughout this voyage, he had the privilege of collaborating with brand owners, connecting with suppliers in bustling hypermarkets and serene supermarkets, and weaving intricate relationships with retailers and suppliers alike.

As the world grappled with the challenges of Covid-19, a seed of ambition sprouted. It whispered of creating a global apparel brand, one that would proudly bear the mark of Bangladesh and resonate with the discerning tastes of the USA market, facilitated by the magic of e-commerce and the vast web of retail connecting platforms. Simultaneously, the concept of a sustainable apparel supply chain took root, where every thread, every stitch would echo our commitment to a better tomorrow.

In July 2020, the canvas of my project unfurled, painted with vibrant strokes on the digital canvas of LinkedIn USA, a platform that became the beating heart of my professional network. A Google business account and website domain emerged from GoDaddy, marking the digital birth of my vision.

As the initial steps of start creating my supply chain, I have created a virtual office account in the heart of Miami on 2021 January, and I created as locker facilities in the New Hampshire to unlock the courier facilities. and to make activity legal and stablish my presence, I have made the USPS 1583 Notarization though valid Agent in USA.

August 2022, 360 CLOTING INC started Journey officially. We established legal offices in Bangladesh and USA and Partnered Hongkong based Global Quality & Compliance company -QIMA who have their outlet and service features in more then 85 Countries. QIMA assigned us dedicated Team Leader from their New York office who start leading and managing our Supply chain for Quality, Compliance and Sustainable practices.  

To learn more about supply chain and sustainability's, I start following Walmart's Environmental, Social & Governance reporting. I attended Supply Chain Sustainability program of Global supply chain council GSCC during September. This event gave me the opportunity to learn about the latest practices, cost-cutting strategies, innovative processes and ideas, and the latest solutions for tackling the challenges of staying sustainable. I Join Supply Chain groups through my LinkedIn USA network and keep my learning from the leaders.

The Goal of 360 CLOTING INC was set to creating customized, end-to-end supply chain and logistics solutions for our supply chain Manufacturers, associates brands to produce apparel from Bangladesh , and lounging sell in the United States Apparel Retail, E-commerce, Wholesales and Distributors. What sets us apart is our high degree of flexibility and scalability which is unrivaled in our industry.

Starting with product design and development and including everything from compliance to raw material and factory sourcing, manufacturing control, logistics, and more, we offer end-to-end services for all stakeholders in the consumer goods supply chain. Our offices and teams are based in over 10 sourcing and production markets, giving us the expertise and extensive network of supply chain partners needed to meet the diverse needs of our global customers.

During October 2022 We Established our collaboration with USA retailers platform Rangeme ,a ECRM company, to start creating our Brand designing and showcasing for Retailers Opportunities. Rangeme have more then 160 US retailers in the platform including the leading retailer like WALMART, THE TJX COMPANIES, TARGET, MACY'S, DG and many more. We are encouraging our Supply chain associates to join our platform as a team member to work for Retailer Opportunities. We featured tailor services to develop product catalog , Product developments, ensuring measure and specs, creating packaging, budgeting, facilizing all services like Broker, Importer , shipping line , distributions and many other features. As well, we facilized the opportunity to our supply chain partners to engage with Retailers , presenting their products , creating sales leads using our insights and tools, creating features like webinar. We consider this step as one of the greatest innovations for our Supply chain and a great achieving Milestone for 360 Cloting LLC  !  

The retail & E-commerce industry is undergoing massive change and disruption and this has resulted in a transformational change to traditional supply chain management. 360 Making a new innovative Supply chain, with the associates of leading RMG manufacturers who are sustainable and fully complaint and certified, Ready to drive to take bulk business opportunities with the leading brands of USA.

At 360 Cloting Inc, we’re building a digital supply chain with innovative services and solutions to help our customers and suppliers navigate the digital economy. A fully digital global supply chain will enable us to be a catalyst for change, delivering data-driven insights for faster, smarter business decisions. We created service features for our Supply chain associates to register their business in the USA to create business growth opportunities in the United States. We partnered with legal and technology companies DOOLA & LAWDEPOT to ensure assistance to our associates with legal documentations and helping for IRS filing as per US federal authority requirements  

We partnered with Virtual office service providers to ensure our support for customers and suppliers. We facilitated our suppliers with USPS 1583 notarizations for mailing and and services that our supplier may need, having a support office in the USA and production in Bangladesh will make the brands more comfortable to place more orders to this supply chain management.

Our goal is to fully digitalized each step of the supply chain so data can flow seamlessly, providing end-to-end visibility for our customers, suppliers and other stakeholders. This means they can stay ahead of the disruption at retail, capture and share data across the entire value chain to enable smarter, faster and more effective decisions, ensuring business sustainability.

Product selections from the retail stores, creating collections, working for design and technical specification, brands tags and packaging development, Product development & Finalizing Costing with USPs, creating budgets for collections and production managing, sample checking and coordinating manufactures to follow up pre production sample approval, production plan, During production inspections, Pre production inspections , logistics solutions, supply chain solutions for the USA market 64 districts & South Americas.

During March 2023, we partnered with our Florida based distributor Mr Checkout, and we displayed our collections that we developed for different product lines. This was a Milestone  achievement for us !

Logistics solutions
During 1st June 2023, We partnered with USA leading and asset based Logistics and Transportation company EXPERIOR GLOBAL, who have their own warehouses in 6 states, have more then 400 trucks own  Our mission is to optimize the supply chains of our customers. We go above and beyond to ensure that we can satisfy the ever-increasing logistical demands of our customers. Whether we’re collaborating for the first time or continuing a long-standing partnership, you can be confident that we’ll do everything in our power to help you provide even better fulfillment and transportation services to our customers.

Our partner EXPERIOR GLOBAL has facilized 3PL logistic partner RCS Logistics USA who are our ultimate Logistic partner for 3Pl SEA shipment.  

RCS has partnered YUSEN LOGISTIC to facilized a freight forwarding agent in Bangladesh for our Supply Chain Partners.

We have partnered CEVA as a Contact Custom Freight Broker in US Custom and Bond protection  CBP. CEVA has assisted us to complete all onboarding documents with USA Custom and Bond Protection CBP to set 360 CLOTING LLC as  Importer in the United States. A MILESTONE !!
